We provide commercial interior and architectural design services for hospitality and retail businesses across Devon and the South West. We are passionate in our belief that timeless considered Interior design is crucial to building a successful brand and creating memorable experiences.

Residential design at Studio Yarner is all about creating homes which embody our clients’ personalities whilst seamlessly meeting each of their lifestyle requirements.

A residential project can be lots of things - for some it’s about building a functional hub for busy family life, for others it’s about creating an idyllic space to escape to. We work across Devon and the South West on both historical renovations and contemporary new builds, helping our clients translate their needs into a home that resonates.

We believe that it is crucial to create spaces which are in harmony with their immediate setting. We harness the architectural details of a building and draw influence from local surroundings to design spaces which effortlessly enable the flows and rhythms of the day-to-day whilst bringing to life the dreams and desires our clients have for their homes.

FULL INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN SERVICE

With our full design service, we assist our clients in every phase of their projects, from inception to completion. This service involves collaborative work with architects and builders and personalised guidance and solutions on every aspect of the design. We oversee the transformation of our clients’ properties into inspiring, comfortable and practical spaces, creating bespoke design solutions tailored specifically to their needs and curating everything from finishes, fixtures and furnishings to art and accessories.

By entrusting us with the creative direction of their projects, our clients benefit from both our 20+ years of expertise as well as the removal of the stress, time and energy sink which typically come with carrying out large design projects. This allows them to focus on enjoying both the journey and the end result: their vision being brought to life into beautiful, cohesive and functional spaces.

We undertake our work fully conscious of budgets and timelines, with communication and collaboration as core pillars of our approach, and remain by our clients’ side until the day we hand them back the keys.

CONSULTATION

If embarking on a smaller project, or simply needing guidance and direction for a particularly tricky aspect of your design, we are able to provide virtual and in-person (Devon and the South West) interior design consultations.

The realities of a renovation or new build can often mean that the scope changes over the course of the project, with original design intentions sometimes in need of a rethink. We can act as a sounding board and help steer you back on course, helping you to confidently progress with your project and overcome design challenges.

We offer 1:1 consultations in which we can help with layouts, design concepts, feedback on architectural plans and technical drawings, built-in furniture, paint & colour schemes, window treatments decisions and furniture, fixtures and lighting selections.

STYLING

We offer styling services for commercial and editorial photoshoots in Devon and the South West. Using our expertise as designers, we can help architects, joiners and photographers create lived-in, cohesive and visually appealing spaces.

This service includes arranging the space's existing pieces as well as sourcing supplementary accessories and natural elements carrying the colour and textures which bring spaces to life.
